🐾 POOCHES OF THE PLOUGHSHARE! 🐾

In our ongoing feature, we’re celebrating all the good boys and girls who pop in for a pint, a treat off the bar and a fuss!

Another pairs of dogs who own one of our members of staff are Charlie and Dave. They belong to Sarah and are chocolate and tan miniature dachshunds. Dave is nearly seven and the more vocal of the pair 😂 🙉 Charlie is an old man, having just turned 13, he's deaf and epileptic but doesn't let that get in his way. They popped into the pub on their way to the beach for an evening paddle.

🍺🐶 Our bar area is proudly dog-friendly for both drinks and food, so bring your furry best mate along next time you visit and maybe they'll be featured!

Snouts, paws and wagging tails are always welcome at The Ploughshare 🐾

Fresh from our fantastic local friends at Moon Gazer Brewery, we're delighted to be pouring Pacific Jack! 🍻

This 4.5% golden ale is brewed with a delicate malt base and packed with zesty citrus and floral hop aromas, creating a beautifully smooth, well-balanced and incredibly sessionable pint. Part of Moon Gazer's popular 'Jack' range, Pacific Jack showcases carefully selected hops from around the world and is a close relative of the much-loved Pintail.
