This is our Lisburn Road store - the third Knotts Bakery location to open, and a really special spot for us.

Led by Maeve (who we’re delighted to have back), the team keeps everything running like clockwork while delivering exceptional customer service every day.
It’s rare for a customer to walk through the door without being greeted by name or having their usual order remembered!

Their friendly atmosphere and dedication haven’t gone unnoticed. In fact, Queen Camilla even paid the store a visit in 2024 - a memorable moment for the whole team. 👑

We’re incredibly proud of Maeve and everyone at Lisburn Road for creating such a welcoming place for our customers and community. 💛

This is Gary, the man who runs the show at our Bakehouse! 👨‍🍳🥖

Gary has been with Knotts for an incredible 37 years and knows everything there is to know about our products. With the huge range of items produced every day, he has a big job on his hands - and he does it brilliantly!

When Gary gets some well-earned time off, you’ll usually find him hopping on a plane to follow Manchester City and cheer them on. ⚽✈️

Thankfully, his wife Alison is kept busy while he’s away, working in our Newtownards branch!

and we just can’t keep it a secret any longer! ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we will be opening a brand new store at Lesley Forestside Shopping Centre!

We can’t wait to bring our freshly baked favourites to even more customers and become part of the local community.
