Due to having a few enquiries today at Machynlleth, we have decided to take orders for our lamb boxes for delivery on the 7th of October.

Trystan "found" this vintage Berkel slicer last week just as our old slicer was breaking down! It's already been put to work preparing our dry-cured collar bacon for this week's orders.
