We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Front of House Supervisor who can lead by example and help create an outstanding experience for every guest.
The Role 💪
Lead the Floor: Run busy shifts, support the FOH team, and keep standards high.
Bar & Stock: Oversee busy bar operations and manage stock levels.
Shift Control: Handle opening, closing, and cashing up.
Guest First: Build great customer relationships and problem-solve on the fly.
Team Player: Work closely with management to keep the pub presentable, safe, and buzzing.
What You Bring 🔑
Experience: Background in FOH supervising, strong bar skills, and hospitality know-how.

Skills: Highly organized, a great communicator, and confident in a fast-paced environment.

The Package ✨
Salary: £34,000+ (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (approx. 45 hours/week, 5-day rota)
