Key Points to Know: Why the notice was posted: Teignbridge District Council issued statutory notices to review certain public spaces for potential open-market sale or to be managed locally.

The Council's Stance: The council clarified that advertising this disposal is a legal requirement rather than a finalized decision to sell, and stated it was part of a routine and transparent process.

Next Steps: After the deadline passes on 18 June, the council will review the public's objections and community feedback to determine the next steps for Courtenay Park.

Another quiet day today.
Please support your local private Cafés or we'll be left with just the chain gangs.
We need another 12 customers a day on average, to meet our targets.
What do you suggest we do to attract more custom?
Thanks everyone who supports us.
