HELP NEEDED

Can you believe that someone came onto the Live and Let Live Pub ground property and took the container and pizza oven!!!

Crazy…we have made a police report but any help in identifying who it was would be amazing. We think that this occurred possibly on Wednesday night or the early hours of Thursday morning. As you can see they made a right old mess as well!!!

On Tuesday 19th December, we’re trying to organise a big get together at the pub as a final fling before Christmas and Jonny is putting together a special Christmas fixed price menu at only £15.

This will be the final food offering until next year so we hope you will come along and make it a night to remember:-

- Turkey, Pheasant & Chestnut Stew with Crispy Roast Potatoes

- Wild Mushroom and Chestnut Stew with Crispy Roast Potatoes

With the support of everyone in our little community, we have decided to open the pub on Fridays and Wednesday nights, commencing this Friday, 15th December with a curry night.

CURRY NIGHT at £15
A choice of one of the following:
— Goan coconut chicken curry, baby spinach & blistered tomatoes

— Roast cauliflower, baby spinach & sweet pea Goan coconut curry (vegan)

— North Indian lamb & potato curry

Each dish includes the following:
— Curry leaf & turmeric basmati rice
— Mint & black mustard seed yoghurt
— Naan bread and Poppadum’s

Mac & Cheese is available for children at £5.95
There will be a limited range of drinks with real ale from Bridgetown Brewery, beers, wines and spirits. The bar is going to be run by a bunch of us from the village, so come and have a chuckle when you see us struggling to pull a pint or watch us break the cork from a bottle of wine!

Set Menu at £25 for 2 courses, £30 for 3
STARTER
- Dill cured salmon, beetroot borani, horseradish, leaves, sourdough toast
- Beetroot borani, feta, dill, horseradish, leaves, sourdough toast (veg option)
MAIN
- Pheasant & chestnut stew, aligot potatoes, greens
