Having lived and studied in London as a pastry chef I have decided to venture out on my own and fulfil my passion for baking in a new and wonderful way. I can tailor to meet any of your cake needs and have a range of different styles and designs for cakes that will suit any occasion. I can customise any cake to fit your description, such as the addition of chocolate ganache drips, buttercream icing instead of fondant or different flavour additions to suit your tastebuds.
