The weather has other plans… ⛈️ 💨

As we head into winter, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the forecast and announcing any weather-related closures here on our socials. Sauna bookings affected will be notified directly, with credit offered towards a future session.

With Storm Austen on the way and some unfavourable winds forecast, we’ve made the decision to close this Friday for safety. We’re still watching the forecast for the rest of the weekend… 👀

Friday 30th October | 3pm - 6pm

Another collaboration between Lanow Coffee & Sauna and Blue Health Coach - Lizzi Blue 🩵 A chance to slow down, reflect and reconnect by the sea here at West Pentire.

If you’ve missed our previous Blue Friday evenings, then this one is for you. Expect a gentle evening of sauna, sea, stillness and connection, with time to step away from the everyday and spend a few hours by the water.

We’ll gather at Lanow for an afternoon centred around blue health - the positive effects of being around water, with time for reflection, conversation and of course, a sauna overlooking the bay 🌊

Come as you are, bring a cosy layer and let the sea air do the rest.

A little Lanow break from the 9th October🤎

We’ve somehow managed to hold onto summer right through September and into early October 🌞 So grateful that you choose to spend your days at Lanow with us 🫶🏼 🌺

But now it’s time for a well-earned little break!

This Thursday 8th October is our last day open, before we close from 9th-21st October, reopening Thursday 22nd October.

We’re sorry if you had planned a visit while we’re closed, but we think after such a busy summer, a little rest is very much needed! 🤎

So if you fancy one last coffee, cake or sauna before our break, we’ll see you Thursday! 🫶🏼

We’re back open tomorrow kicking off the Lanow week with our new hours 🍂

Starting the new autumn menu with a Homemade Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Soup, served with a warm ciabatta roll 🍅 (Vegan & GF Soup, GF bread option also available)

Autumn at Lanow 🍂 🌊

As the seasons change, so do our opening hours. We’ll be open Thursday - Sunday, with sauna sessions from 8am and coffee from 9am.

From Thursday 1st October we’re also adding some cosy autumnal options including homemade soup and seasonal drinks, as well as all of your Lanow favourites - Barista coffee, homemade cakes, cream teas, pastries and granola cups 🤍

Less rushing, more slowing down, sea air, great coffee, relaxing sauna sessions and cosy autumn days by the coast 🌊

After such a wonderful summer filled with sunshine and lovely visits from so so many of you, we’ll be taking a little holiday in October. Lanow Coffee & Sauna will be closed from 9th - 21st October while we take some time to rest and recharge. We’ll give you a little reminder closer to the time, but for now, make sure to check out our updated opening hours.
