It’s back to business after spending some lovely time away with family celebrating a beautiful wedding in the beautiful sunshine!🤍🥂🌞

And because I missed out on all the weekend fun at Lanow, I’m making up for it by opening tomorrow too! Yep, it’s a Tuesday, and while I’m not usually open, it felt like the perfect excuse to squeeze in an extra day of serving great coffee by the sea ☕️🌊

Oh, and by the way… the sauna opens on Friday!! 🌿♨️

A little heads up and a rare Lanow weekend closure ☕️

We’ll be open Wednesday & Thursday this week, then closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a special weekend celebrating a wedding 🤍

While I’ll miss my coffees, sea views and daily chats, I’m very excited to swap the coffee trailer for all things love, laughing, celebrations and a dance floor for a few days 🥂💃

As we prepare to open Lanow Sauna on 19th June, we’re delighted to be hosting a handful of special events with local collaborators who share our passion for wellbeing, community, and connection to nature.

From guided sauna rituals and botanical steam journeys to Blue Health experiences inspired by the beautiful West Pentire coastline, these events offer a chance to pause, reset, and experience something a little different.

Spaces are limited and booking is now open.

Quick update for today and this weekend (5th-7th June)✨

I’ll be closing a little earlier today (Friday) at 2pm as I’m going to a special family celebration.

We’re still open as normal Saturday and Sunday, and I’m really happy to have some lovely girls covering 🤍 They’re experienced baristas and will take great care of you, and they’re always up for a lovely chat too! ☕️🤭

Also a little reminder - the Poppy fields are out on display right now 🌺 Please be respectful when visiting, stick to the paths, keep behind the fences and do not litter. Visit them via Lanow and enjoy with a coffee in hand! ☕️

🌺 SAUNA OPENING FRIDAY 19TH JUNE 🌺
After months of planning and plenty of hard work behind the scenes, Lanow Sauna will officially open on Friday 19th June 2026. Thank you all for the upcoming excitement, conversations, and for waiting so patiently! 🤩

We're releasing an initial selection of sessions as we open the doors and settle into our new rhythm, so if you'd like to be one of the first to experience the sauna, we'd recommend booking early.

We'll be releasing new dates regularly and will always announce them on our socials first, so be sure to give us a follow and keep an eye out for future sessions and community events.

* 8 person sauna, available for communal sessions for 50 minutes at £14 pp. Private bookings are also available- just message us to enquire!
* Indoor Ante/changing area, showers for rinsing, drench bucket, 2 natural cold water baths.

Ok ok… the weather gods aren’t quite on our side this week 🌦️

We got seriously lucky with that bank holiday and half term sunshine though! Thank you to everyone who came by and enjoyed the sunshine over a coffee!

Having said that… can we ever fully trust a weather forecast in West Pentire… Especially with our own little micro-climate doing its own thing 😅

Either way, we’re back open tomorrow, Wednesday - Sunday 10am - 4pm. Any updates on early closures due to the weather will always be posted on here first, but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that! (Quick note I will be closing early on Friday due to family commitments, but I will send out a reminder closer to the time)

AND… in the next couple of days the opening day of the sauna will be announced and the booking calendar will be ready for you… eeekkk!! 👀

Poppy season is nearly here at West Pentire with some glorious colour already popping into some of the fields ❤️ 🌺

One of the most beautiful times of the year on our doorstep, so here’s a gentle reminder as the fields begin to bloom:

❤️ Please admire the poppies from behind the fences
❤️ Stick to the marked footpaths
❤️ Avoid walking through or standing in the fields for photos

Poppies are incredibly delicate, and once they’re damaged or trampled, they don’t grow back - so by being mindful, we can all help keep them beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

The fencing and signage are there to help protect this incredible landscape, so please do your bit and respect the fields 🌿
