We’re so pleased to have a 2 Minute Beach Clean station here at Lanow, making it even easier for everyone to help care for our beautiful coastline 💙

So on your next visit feel free to borrow a litter picker and bag. Even just two minutes of collecting litter can make a real difference and together we can help keep Crantock Bay and West Pentire as beautiful as they should be for everyone to enjoy!

Well, well, well… have we got a treat for you! 🥭🍊✨

Our Goose and Gull Granola Cups have been absolutely flying out and we’re only a week in to them being on the menu! So we’re super grateful for all the love you’ve shown them!

So… it only felt right to welcome a new addition - the Chick Granola Cup 🥭 🍊

Layers of vanilla whipped Greek yoghurt, homemade granola, a mango & passion fruit swirl, topped with juicy mango and fresh orange for the ultimate tropical freshness and taste!

Fresh, fruity and made to order and it’s basically sunshine in a cup ☀️

P.S. You may also think where these names for the granola cups have come from… well Goose is the name of the rock of Crantock, Gull for Holywell and Chick for Polly Joke 🤍

As we head into summer, life has a funny way of filling every spare moment around a busy work and life schedule. It’s the best time of year but it can also be the busiest.

This is your gentle reminder to carve out a little time to slow down and create balance.

Whether it’s after a sea swim, a coastal walk, or simply because you fancy an hour to switch off, Lanow Sauna is here to help you pause, breathe and reset 🌊

“Your coffee is so lovely… what coffee is it?”☕

Firstly, thank you! Every compliment honestly means so much 🥹

But it’s also sparked lots of conversations about the coffee we serve, and we’ve even sent a few of you off to visit the roastery and see the magic and behind the scenes for yourselves 💫

Next Blue Friday with Lanow and Blue Health Coach - Lizzi Blue / Friday 31st July 4pm-8pm 🩵

One down and more Blue inspired evenings planned in our series of Blue Fridays in collaboration with Blue Health Coach Lizzi Larbalestier. Lizzi created a wonderful calming space in the last event here at Lanow with some guided moments of reflection and connections… so we’re super excited to announce our next Blue Friday!

Friday 31st July 4pm-8pm 🩵🌿 A perfect chance to finish the month taking some time for yourself. A chance to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with the coast.

Coffee and cake, guided coastal walk, journalling with ‘blue’ inspiration, contrast therapy in Lanow Sauna, float and relax in Crantock Bay Holidays heated indoor pool and hot tub and be with likeminded individuals.

All welcome but spaces are limited 🌊🩵

Our homemade Granola Cups have arrived!

🍓 Goose Granola Cup - Made to order with vanilla whipped Greek yoghurt, homemade granola, house berry compote & fresh fruit. Fruity, fresh and full of flavour.

🍌 Gull Granola Cup - Made to order with vanilla whipped Greek yoghurt, homemade granola, banana, toffee sauce & chocolate buttons. A sweet option but utterly moreish!

Perfect to grab with your morning coffee, post sauna refuel, pre walk snack before heading out onto the coast path or simply sitting and enjoying Crantock Bay!
