We want to take this opportunity to recognise and congratulate Judi Blakeburn, who won the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's Boutique Hotelier Awards, held at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square last night. Firmly establishing her in the Hospitality Leadership Hall of Fame.

Judi has been part of our group - Watergate Bay Hotel, Another Place and SeaSpace — for over 20 years, driving our marketing, commercial and operational strategy forward. She was part of the team that brought Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall to Watergate Bay, created and grew 10 years of Polo on the Beach, launched the Another Place brand, which has two hotels, The Lake in Cumbria and The Machrie on Islay, and co-created SeaSpace in Newquay, among many other accolades.

A passionate champion of brand, creative and destination marketing throughout her career, this recognition is thoroughly deserved. Congratulations Judi.
