Unfortunately, if the UK Government does not introduce a blanket licensing relaxation for England’s potential 1:00am UK kick-off Monday , we sadly won’t be able to stay open for the game.

✅ The good news — if England qualify, we will be open until 2:00am the following Saturday! 🤞🏴

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support England last night — what an atmosphere! What a night! 🏴⚽

Shame about Scotland… but we’ll raise a glass to them anyway. 🍻

Today is all about Sunday roasts, cold drinks and even more glorious sunshine in Crantock. ☀️

Roasts served 12pm–5:30pm, with other food available until 8:30pm.

And don’t forget… England’s knockout match kicks off at 5pm this Wednesday — so we imagine a few half-day holiday requests may be going in tomorrow! 👀😂

Well… if last night’s football didn’t quite get the pulse racing, we’re hoping this glorious sunshine and our beautiful poppies will do the trick instead! 🌞🌺

Today’s all about STEAK NIGHT 🥩, with Scotland v Brazil on the screens later for a bit of sporting entertainment.

Looking ahead, Will Powell is taking over quiz duties this Thursday while The Pub Quiz Company is away, so come along and see if he can keep the regulars in check! 🤔🎤

Friday night brings live music from the fantastic Fiddle me Timbers 🎻🍻, and then on Saturday it’s back across the Atlantic as the World Cup action heads to the USA 🇺🇸⚽

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our weekly quiz night and helped make it such a special evening. It was wonderful to come together, have some fun, and celebrate the life of Sarah with so many familiar faces. ❤️

The World Cup has got off to a cracking start with England and Scotland both opening their campaigns with victories! 🏴⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scotland will be looking to secure qualification from the group stage when they take on Morocco at 11pm tonight, while all of our Australian family and friends will be cheering on the Socceroos at 8pm this evening. 🇦🇺🍻
💰Wednesday we helped raise a further £226 for Crantock Rowing Club ..well done to Rob Giles for organising 💰

Meanwhile, our famous Fish Platters are absolutely flying out of the kitchen! 🦐🐟🍋 If you haven’t tried one yet, now’s the time!
