Thank you to everyone who joined us for our FIRST OMAKASE EVENING. And to for bringing us all together to share this unique dining experience with so many new faces.

Each dish celebrated the delicate flavours of Japanese cuisine, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from the Cornish coast and beyond. With our signature RoBo twist. Entrusting our chefs to select prepare and pace a multi-course meal enjoyed amongst the table.

“I leave it up to you.”

Introducing, the very first of our long awaited Omakase evenings, and for this exclusive CORNISH x ASIAN menu, we’re collaborating with our good friends Potluck Cornwall I Food and drink experiences and RoBo Newquay ❤️ here in NEWQUAY.

Expect a selection of seasonal dishes recommended by our chefs, featuring a variety of core RoBo Newquay twists, and some exciting new plates you’ll be the first to try.

Welcome drink. Friendly atmosphere. And an exciting opportunity to taste RoBo Newquay in a more intimate, fun and considered way. 🎌

On the night, there will also be // LIVE SUSHI ROLLING // at the bar. Welcoming Chef Will Gould, alongside Chef Lam Ly to showcase the very best Cornish ingredients including Cornish bluefin tuna, smoked mackerel and locally grown Oyster Mushrooms.

+ we’ll be talking all things RoBo Canteen, Newquay.
