The sale of the pub has gone through at last.
The new owners say the pub will be shut for a day or two to have work done in the bar area, with food resuming next week.
Anyone with bookings over the next few days, we will call you tomorrow.
Big thanks to everyone for your support over the last 12 years.
I am sure we will see some of you out and about.

Tuesdays quiz was our final one. Congrats to Norfolk and Chance who won by one point from Scrambled Eggheads. Also Kliperty Slot for taking the other prize by one point from Pinball Quizard.
Pirate Pete was stubborn and after 3 failed attempts to take the loot it was finally won by Norfolk who walked away with £150.
Just left to say thank you to all who took part over the months and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did hosting it.

Quiz was a nail biter last night Norfolk and Chance winning on a tiebreaker from Scrambled Eggheads. Finally breaking team Bobs 6 week winning streak but they did win the other prize by 1 point from Kliperty Slot.

Spooky quiz last night with a fair few Halloween questions. Even with the change of questions Team Bob still came out winners. (even had a Bob in the team). Close run thing for the other prize with Pinball Quizard beating Klipperty Slot.

Big news last night after what seemed an age Pirate Pete finally gave up his loot to serial winner James who with his team took home £390 well done.

After 3weeks Norfolk and Chance have been deposed!!! Scrambled Eggheads won the quiz last night by 1 point. Pinball Quizard taking the other prize. After last weeks tough music round this weeks was easier (so i thought) and still some teams struggled. Brush up on your music teams 🤣🤣
