📍 COMICOFFEE COWES
We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our fantastic Cowes team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys great coffee and great customer service — someone who is confident behind the machine, works well as part of a busy team and naturally looks for opportunities to make every customer feel welcome.
THE ROLE
☕ Full-time position
⏰ 30+ hours per week
📅 4–5 days per week
🕖 Shifts generally 7am – 3pm
📆 Weekend availability is essential
💰 Good rate of pay and company benefits
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has previous barista experience and is confident using a commercial espresso machine
• Can produce consistently great coffee, including good milk texturing and presentation
• Is friendly, confident and enjoys interacting with customers
• Works well under pressure during busy periods and has a strong work ethic
• Is reliable, organised and works well within a team
• Takes pride in cleanliness and maintaining high standards
• Notices the little opportunities to make customers feel genuinely welcome
This isn’t a role where we just want someone to make drinks — we’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our Cowes team and contribute to the atmosphere and experience that our customers come to Comicoffee for.
