I had the beautiful opportunity of catering for UWE’s Black History Month — The Heritage Collective, and honestly, it was such an honour. ❤️🇳🇬

I’m always grateful for opportunities like this, where I get to bring our culture to life through food and share a little piece of home with others.

Because really, how else do you introduce people to your culture if not through food? Every dish tells a story, carries a memory, and connects people to a heritage worth celebrating.
