Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, plus additional as required. Core shift 8:30 – 15:30
Contract: Permanent

Quay Arts is an arts charity delivering exhibitions, events and education at two riverside sites in Newport. Our busy Café is at the heart of the Centre providing a welcome space for visitors whilst also generating valuable income to support the charity.

The post of Head Chef plays a critical role in the continued success of Quay Arts. The role requires creative flair, excellent catering skills, and a keen commercial eye to ensure that good profitability is achieved to generate income for the charity. The Head Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Quay Arts food offer, whilst guaranteeing the highest standards of hygiene, safety and customer service.
