We have decided to close due to the shop not being fit for its intended purpose. There was no hot water due to the water heater not working. Holes in the ceiling that needed repairing as dust was falling on to work surfaces, and damage to the kitchen floor causing bacteria and moisure in the food area. The landlord was abusive and said the Tennant had to pay for the repairs costing thousands of pounds. When asked to repair the structural damage he began shouting at the Tennant causing customers to walk out. We apologise to all our customers, but the landlords actions were totally unacceptable.
