And just like that, the scoops are packed away! Coney Island is officially closed for the season. 🍦

Mother Nature gave us the most magical goodbye with this stunning double rainbow, and it feels like the perfect way to wrap up an amazing summer. 🌈

A massive thank you to our incredible staff who worked so hard to keep the smiles wide and the scoops piled high all summer long. We couldn't have done it without you!

We also want to send a huge shout-out and much gratitude to for hosting us and being such a fantastic home for our business this season. ⛵️

Finally, thank you to every single one of you who visited us, shared a laugh, and enjoyed a treat this year. We truly have the best community and we love to see the familiar faces coming back every year ..

We have had the most amazing summer serving you delicious ice creams and coffee on beautiful Parrog. We must thank our hosts Newport Boat Club for having us, our friends at Brwnt for feeding us and being great neighbours. To Teifi Coffee for supplying us with the most delicious coffee made with the incredible milk from our local Carningli Dairy ❤ and of course Ice creams from and .

But most importantly a big thanks to you - to every customer that has visited our little trailer and supported our small business, we really are very grateful.

So it's our last day to come and say bye.
