Nav night is on run by the Cornish Maritime Trust

This Wednesday's training:
Unconscious patients / recovery position; CPR if not breathing (eg drowning incident); choking (meals on board); catastrophic bleeding & tourniquets (eg severe injuries from a winch, prop blade). And if there's time, shock treatment (eg allergic, dehydration). A manakin will be present! John Brooks will be ready to start by 18.00, as there's alot to cover. Thanks folks

We need a new manager for the Rest, someone with a heart for people, a friendly smile and listening ear. Also needs to be able to make a great breakfast with mega coffee :)

Absolutely love this charity and I dream that HopeShips one day is a little like it. Privileged to learn from them, seeing young folk come alive learning to sail and spending time out in nature is inspiring. Real qualifications and life changing experience is priceless, especially for those who otherwise would never get the chance.

The Morning Star Trust has a boat in the Plymouth area available for sailing 26th - 29th of August. If you have a youth group, church group, men’s mental health group, any kind of group of up to six people that would benefit being on the water send me a message. Fully coded boats, commercially endorsed sailing staff and RYA accredited training available if interested. Could be day sails or overnight multi-day expedition.
