Drink & Dine is looking for an experienced chef to join our growing team!

Requirements:
* 18+ only
* Previous professional kitchen experience is essential
* Available to work 2–4 days per week on self-employed basis
* Must be available to work weekends, school holidays, and key trading dates such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Christmas, New Year and other special events
* Willing to provide additional holiday cover when required
* Able to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
* A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
* Ideally local to Seahaven area (Peacehaven, Newhaven, Seaford)

✅ Flexible working pattern with mostly day shifts

Looking for a flexible part-time job that works around college, sixth form, uni, or studies?

We’re looking for a new team member 👀

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours alongside studying. Hours will change depending on the time of year and how busy the business is — some weeks may just be a couple of hours, while during holidays, half terms, summer, and busy weekends it could be several shifts a week.

The role mainly includes:
• Weekends
• Bank holidays
• Special celebration days (Mothers day, Christmas, etc.)
• Half terms
• Seasonal busy periods & events
