Well, it had to be done really while in Barcelona, a visit to a cocktail bar delivered by train. Fab concept, hmmm maybe we need a drinks licence next 🍹🥰🚂 …. And I’m not so good at reels (and I’ve now had several cocktails purely to get content) so my videos will be in the comments (hopefully) … if I’m not in the cafe on Saturday, I’ve got myself a job here ###

With a lot of huffing and puffing we managed to manhandle thunderbox halt into position the supplier wanted it out of his way and agreed to let us have it if we pay the balance in 30 days. We are £1700 short at present and we will need to raise that before we can plumb and wire it up also disguise it as a signal box. But I thought I would share the update to show this is a happening and not something that will never be achieved . We are passionate about making our cafe accessible to everyone. The last carriage of this train will now detach and continue to somewhere in Surrey as a 50th birthday present. This gives us room for Thunderbox Junction which will be our disabled toilet made to look like a signal box We are still a couple of grand short so any help would be really appreciated appreciated on our crowdfunding page. We are closed Monday and Friday this week as Lindsey is of to Barcelona. She is going to check out a bar that delivers cocktails on a train whilst there. I will be decorating the cafe replacing all the tables and chairs and fixing the railway. Next week I’m away with our son but the cafe can operate with out me but without Lindsey the place would fall to pieces. I’ve told her to leave all the emails and messages until she gets back so please bare with us. Thanks.
