We are absolutely heartbroken to be writing this, but in the early hours of this morning, a fire broke out at our premises and, unfortunately, has left us with no option but to close our doors.
As a result, all existing bookings will unfortunately have to be cancelled. We will be contacting everyone affected directly.
This is something we never imagined we would have to say, and we are completely devastated by what has happened. We have poured so much love, time and energy into this place, and knowing we won’t be welcoming you through our doors is incredibly difficult.
Most of all, we are absolutely gutted for our incredible team. They have put so much of themselves into Great Jones, and seeing the place they have worked so hard to build affected in this way is heartbreaking. We are thinking of every one of them at this incredibly difficult time.
We would also like to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to the fire service who responded so quickly in the early hours of this morning. We are incredibly grateful for their swift response and everything they have done.
To every single person who has supported us, visited us, celebrated with us and helped make Great Jones what it is — thank you. Your support has meant more to us than you will ever know, and we are so grateful for every memory made within these walls.
We are still processing everything and will share further updates when we can.
