We would like to make our customers aware of a scam involving a website called “Auto Reserve” that is falsely claiming to take bookings for Villa Vinci.

Please note that Villa Vinci does NOT have an online booking system and we are not affiliated with Auto Reserve or any similar booking platform.

We have recently had a customer visit the restaurant after making a reservation through this website and paying a fee. Unfortunately, we never received the booking or any payment.

⚠️ We will never ask customers to pay to make a reservation.

The only ways to book a table at Villa Vinci are:

🏠 In person at the restaurant

If any website or app asks you to pay upfront for a reservation at Villa Vinci, please do not proceed, as it is not connected to us.

We are sharing this information to help protect our customers from becoming victims of this scam.

Villa Vinci is currently looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Floor Staff. We are a busy and welcoming restaurant, and we’re looking for people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a great dining experience for our guests.

📍 0-hour contract (with full-time hours available)

What the role involves:
• Providing friendly and attentive service
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised environment
• Working closely with our kitchen and bar team
• Ensuring every guest has a positive experience

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
