A little behind the scenes. As we're getting ready to launch our takeaway service, we had a photographer in for the day to shoot the entire menu.

Between shots, I managed to grab this quick video of our Chingri Malai.

It's one of those dishes that never gets old. King prawns cooked in a gently spiced coconut and mustard sauce, inspired by the flavours of Bengal.

Looking forward to sharing more from today's shoot over the coming weeks as we get closer to launch.

When we opened Tantara, we started with a small menu and a simple belief: every dish should earn its place.

Over the past few months, we've listened, refined and evolved.

The result is a menu that better reflects the food, flavours and traditions of Bengal - from Bangladesh and India alike.

Some dishes have changed. Some favourites remain. New classics have arrived.

We've also introduced gluten-free bread, making more of the menu accessible to our guests.

We think it's our best menu yet.
