Meet the chefs bringing NIPO to life 🌺

You may remember our cook-off, where four shortlisted chefs were challenged to bring their own take on Japanese-Brazilian fusion to the table.

From that day, two chefs stood out, and we’re incredibly excited to now have Connor Marley, our Head Chef, and Aura Lena Sto Domingo, our Kitchen Manager, leading the kitchen 👋

Both incredibly skilled, both bringing serious talent to the kitchen, and together they’re developing the flavours that will bring our Japanese-Brazilian fusion to life.
