The most common question we get here at MCHQ is…
“What’s a galette?” 🤨
Well, let us tell you. Not too dissimilar from a crepe, a galette consists of a thin savoury batter, made with buckwheat flour (which, good luck for you gluten free folk, is gluten free!!! However, we also offer free-from if you want to put your mind at extra ease 😌).
We cram it with a range of savoury fillings and fold it up into a lovely little parcel, expertly crafted by Joe. I mean, how beautiful do these look! 🍳🥓🥞

We are officially taking bookings for our Christmas wreath-making workshop with the lovely Kerry from Belle & Thistle🎄🎄🎄
Now, every year this is a BIG hit, Sunday 6th December is already sold out but we still have spaces available on Monday 7th December, so the sooner you book, the better. You will be lucky enough to make and keep your own beautiful handmade moss wreath, just in time for Christmas. Trust us, Santa will be visiting your house first with this hung on your front door!!! 🎅🏼☃️
