Negroni Week has landed, although we’ve been making the most of that classic all month.

Alongside the original, we’ve been serving up a few of our favourite riffs, including this wonderful variation: the Coconut-Washed Rum Negroni – a stirred mix of coconut-washed Appleton Estate, Campari and Antica Formula.

Rich, mellow and wonderfully smooth.

In honour of that classic of all classics, Negroni Week becomes Negroni Month at 21.

Classic Negroni – Campari, Hepple Gin and Antica Formula. Quite simply, the classic.

Boulevardier – Bulleit Bourbon in place of gin, rich, warming and made for September.

Americano Bianco – Campari, Noilly Prat, St-Germain, Grapefruit Cordial and Soda. Long, bright and refreshing.

Coconut-Washed Rum Negroni – Appleton Estate washed with coconut, Campari and Antica Formula. Rich, mellow and wonderfully smooth.

🚨 Road Closures Today 🚨

NE1’s Quayside Carnival kicks off today from 11am–4pm, which means there’ll be a few road closures along the Quayside.

If you’re joining us for lunch or a drink, we’d suggest allowing a little extra time for your journey. There’s still access to the Quayside multi-storey car park.
