🥐✨ ALMOND CROISSANT BLONDIE ✨🥐

My favourite pastry of ALL TIME is an almond croissant… so naturally, I thought, why not turn the bloody thing into a blondie?! 😂🤌🏼

A vanilla blondie swirled with gorgeous almond frangipane, finished with a generous scattering of crunchy almonds… basically an almond croissant’s slightly more indulgent, square-shaped cousin🤤

And honestly? She’s a BEAUTY😮‍💨💅🏼

A little reminder that supporting other people in your industry does not take anything away from your own business.

There’s room for everyone. There’s enough customers to go around. And sharing, recommending and celebrating someone else’s hard work doesn’t mean you’re losing out, if anything, I think it makes our little community even better 🥹

I recently bought a treat box from a girl who has just started up selling her own bakes and honestly… SO GOOD 🤤

It was an ALL BISCOFF box and every single thing was delicious 😍

So rather than keeping her to myself, I wanted to share her with you lot! If you’re local (she’s based in Gateshead near the big Tesco) and fancy giving her a try, she’s just opened pre-order slots for next month’s box, and the theme is CHOCOLATE LOVERS 🍫👀 (obviously I’ve got my own order in before sharing with you lot 🤣🤣)
