A magical Edwardian building transformed into a beautiful bar, restaurant and private room. Hibou Blanc is a dining experience you won’t find anywhere else in Newcastle. Join us in the bar for some light bites and fantastic drinks curated by a team of some of Newcastle best mixologists and bartenders. A little recognition for our amazing Bar Manager, Cole, who spent time perfecting his very own cocktail creation — the Amalfi Hound. 🍸

Cole has worked on his recipe to get every element just right, creating a beautifully refreshing blend of Tanqueray 10 Gin, Wyborowa Vodka, Aperol, grapefruit, lemon & sugar.

And having tried it myself, I can confirm… it’s outstanding! 👏✨

We love giving our team the freedom to be creative, and this one definitely deserves its place on the menu. Next time you’re at Hibou Blanc, ask for Cole’s Amalfi Hound and give it a try for yourself. 🥂
