Just a quick update to reassure everyone that we’re still actively working on resolving the electrical issues. Unfortunately, with the Christmas period, there have been some unavoidable delays, but everything is moving in the right direction.

We’ll be reopening as soon as it’s safe to do so and will share a confirmed reopening date as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your patience and continued support — it really does mean a lot to us.

Due to ongoing electrical issues and delays with external companies, we unfortunately need to remain closed for the rest of this week. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this causes. As you can imagine we have been working tirelessly to resolve this situation as soon as possible, but have had no joy.

All bookings for this week will be cancelled, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded.

Due to an electrical fault, Puccini Restaurant will be temporarily closed. Our power is currently down, and we’re unable to operate safely. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Unfortunately, all bookings will be cancelled until we are back up and running. At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeframe for when the necessary repairs will be completed, as we are still in the process of gathering this information.

This is our busiest time of the year, so we are hoping to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. We will keep everyone informed on our page with updates as soon as we receive them.
