Texas Smoker We smoke up to a ton of meat at one time once on site. Sauces and rubs are homemade from handed down family recipes.

We are the largest most authentic American Smoker currently working the UK festival and Street food market scene.Using locally sourced meat with full traceability. We use oak or red oak to gain a distinctive flavour. Meats sold; beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, BBQ chicken breast, chicken wings, turkey leg, Smokehouse burger and Footlong smoked sausage. The above are served with a selection of

all American sides including; brisket chilli, cowboy beans, slaw, onion rings, corn on the cob, spicy fries and sweet potato fries. We are currently scored 5 on Scores on the Doors and each unit has at least one staff member trained to Level 3 Health and Hygiene, All staff hold Level 2 certificates. Events traded at; Isle of Wight, Bearded Theory, Parklife, Download, Wireless, T in the Park, Latitude, Ramblin Man Fair, Kendal Calling, Bloodstock, V Festival, Leeds/Reading, Proms in the Park, Hyde Park
