Born 2016 After making that connection I can sincerely say that will never go back.

I have been vegan for for quite a few years now, prior to this I was veggie for a long time. Going vegan was the best decision I ever made, I only wish that I had done it a lot lot sooner. :-)

I started my Vegan Journey working at The Bohemian on Pink Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne (Best vegan restaurant ever and i miss it lots) Then onto Junk It Up - Byker, and Soul Shack in the Stack Newcastle Upo

n Tyne. Working at Boho opened my eyes and made me realise that 'ANYTHING' can be veganised :-D. ..The rest is History. I make 100% Vegan home made recipes. "Often imitated, Never surpassed". Original Creations by a vegan chef, in a vegan Kitchen. I specialise in making various types of Seitan meats, mostly using ingredients bought from vegan stores, and also my own home grown herbs. I serve Doner Kebab's on my Stall/Trailer, Cajun CHKiN Dishes, Tandoori CHKiN Dishes, Mexican, Jackfruit dishes, and a Mac ‘un’ Cheese Poutine, Peking ChKiN, Turkish Maetballs, PORQ Dips, Chorizo, and much much more

massive thank you to every lovely person who chose to feast from P7 yesterday at the tyneside vegan and music festival 2026.
It was a glorious day, super busy, super friendly and just bloody awesome Anna Malia and her troops did a smashing job and they all deserve a mahoosive Pat on the back (not the cowpat kind).
P7 had a fantastic day, made a holy mess but sold out by 1:30, thanks to you beautiful vegans.
Thankyou as always to Jasi Ting-Ting Ho Bennett, Kane Bennett and Kevin.
What a team. I managed to get a few pics of the other fab stalls before the doors opened to the public.

What a great day today at the Vegan festival in manchester, hosted by Vegan Events UK. Thankyou Victoria & Wes :-).

So many beautiful customers today in manny. It's been 10 years since i served food to the beautiful mancs.... and i will be back.
