珍珠茶坊 (Bubble T break)，將於2012年10月27日開幕，成立之初是希望藉由飲食文化的交流與在英國的朋友們分享來自台灣的好味道，並提供當地的朋友們一個悠閒自在的休息環境。
本商店販售的產品主要是以紅茶、綠茶和烏龍茶為基底的特調茶品和台灣傳統糕點，此外提供健康和衛生的產品是我們秉持的原則跟信念，因此使用嚴選的食材並調出美味飲品是我們對顧客負責任的態度，希望能讓每位來到店裡的朋友們都能品嘗到高品質的食物，進而喜歡上台灣文化的好味道。
另外，營造悠閒自在的休憩環境也是我們的目標，所以店內擺放許多勵志的書籍和知名畫家的畫作，讓消費者能在充滿藝文的空間中享受簡單的悠閒時光。

Happy Valentine’s Day! We love our lovers. We love Taiwan and our tea culture. So many people come to ask what CHEESE CREAM is as a topping. Let’s take a look! We mix cheese, sea salt, butter etc in a Golden Ratio to become our cheese cream on the top of the beverages. Obviously it’s very instagramable. The texture is amazing with a lovely salty and milky taste. You definitely should try it!

Hey! This is milk tea with grass jelly topping! Grass jelly is really popular in Taiwan, whether it's summer or winter. It is made by the plant called Platostoma palustre which is a member of the mint family and has a mild, unique, slightly bitter taste.
Grass jelly is a lovely choice for you if you have had bubbles as topping all the time! Sometimes a little change will bring unexpected moments!
