Beat the Heat and Feed the Fam for less 😎

We know half term is expensive at the best of times, never mind in a heatwave 🥵 So for ALL of next week - starting TOMORROW, Bank Holiday Monday - we're cutting prices on meals for the kids and the grown-ups alike. And as it's set to be one heck of a scorcher 🌞 we couldn't leave out the slush! 🫠

For the rest of April, any delivery orders taken over the phone - 01912861317 - within a 3 mile radius will be charged at an unbeatable ONE POUND. No hidden fees ❌️ No service fees ❌️ No bag fees ❌️ No marketplace fees ❌️ No just-because-they-can fees ❌️ Just One Pound - to bring your chippy tea, kebabs or pizzas straight to your door ✔️

Due to an ongoing dispute with JustEat, we've taken the decision to turn the machine off for a while, so orders via them will be temporarily unavailable.

Alternatively, you can order through our website or app - where an automatic 10% discount is applied (though the standard delivery fee applies).

Some stills we managed to get of the cretins who broke in to our chip shop. Not the best, but maybe someone will recognise them 🙏

Unfortunately we were broken into last night 😥 If anyone recognises these people, we'd love to hear! Would guarantee ABSOLUTE privacy and anonymity🙏The police are investigating.

Extensive damage was caused to the shop which will be very expensive to repair. But of all the things they could steal, they took our Creme Eggs! You can see them taking them in the video after trying to break into the till. If anyone sees this box with a blue lid (pic in comments) please let us know where 🙏

We're absolutely horrified by the violation to our shop. And also gutted- those eggs weren't valuable - but they were our little gift to our customers and our community over Easter. We were so excited by giving something back and all the love the egg competition got. And on Easter Monday :(

We'd like to give a massive shoutout to our amazing customers - and our amazing team! 💪

Yesterday was the busiest Good Friday we've had in recent years - we were thrilled to see so many familiar faces and so many new faces! We didn't have an empty shop once - from opening to closing🤯 It was a pleasure serving you all!

The team didn't stop ALL DAY. Those ladies were total machines keeping the front constantly moving - they're absolutely fantastic and we were in awe at them. Bravo 👏

And our newer members of staff were thrown in the deep end and experienced their first ever Good Friday and completely smashed it! Serving, fulfilling orders, peeling potatoes, constantly cleaning and replenishing.

It was a HARD day and we couldn't have done it without every one of them! 🙏 Or without the support of our incredible customers ❤️
A massive thank you to everyone for pulling off an amazing achievement! Good Friday pushes the staff, the shop and the equipment way over normal capacity but we nailed it!

Oh - and there's still plenty Creme Eggs left! We were just so busy, we often didn't have time to be giving them out 😞 They MUST go though, so pop along and get one when we're not (literally) run off our feet 😂 Happy Easter to everyone! 🐣❤️
