Hi everyone, just a quick note about Christmas Eve. As you know, it is the busiest day of the year for us. So, a few tips for ordering please.
Telephone Orders
For COLLECTION ORDERS please ONLY call 1 hour BEFORE you want to collect. CASH ONLY in the shop.
For DELIVERY ORDERS please ONLY call 2 hours BEFORE you want your delivery but please note your order may arrive anytime within those 2 hours so be ready for it 😜
This will help us keep the phone lines clear - unfortunately these collection and delivery times are what we generally need to get all our orders out on such a busy night.
Online Orders
All online orders will be ASAP only. The time slot selection will be turned off on Christmas Eve.
Collection - As above, please order 1 hour before you want to collect.
Delivery - Please be aware it will be UP TO 2 hours for your delivery - however we will aim to get it to you ASAP so it may arrive any time within those 2 hours so please be home and have money ready 😀
Finally, last year local cash machines actually ran out of cash over Christmas… 😅 so plan ahead to pay for your meal 🙈
We are trialing different things this year to hopefully try and make it a smoother night for everyone so we can get your favourite food to you as soon as we can, so bear with us please 😎😀
