Our 2026 staging calendar is now well under way as we continue to welcome talented chefs - whether you’re an up-and-coming cook, looking to broaden your experience in a different kitchen environment, or simply curious about how we operate as a restaurant.
At Pine, we pride ourselves on being an open, welcoming, and encouraging environment for chefs who share our passion for hospitality.
Over the past five years, we’ve welcomed stages from across the world to become part of what makes us tick - immersing themselves in every aspect of our kitchen: prep work, foraging, preservation, growing, fermentation, service, and more.
We offer around 50 placements each year, as well as extended stages where you’ll be the sole stagiere for a period of your choosing (from one week up to one month). We also welcome stages for our front-of-house team, including sommeliers and mixologists.
