Following our visit to Ross Farm earlier this week; home of the Lindisfarne Oyster, we serve our oysters with even greater pride knowing the hard work, time and history behind them.

Grown on the Northumberland coast of Lindisfarne, these oysters start out the size of a thumbnail and take up to 4 years to mature. They’re then taken through a purification period of 42 hours before being packed and chilled. Then they are ready to eat!
