Molly Vulpynes band – Building on the success of her 2024 solo EP Amortise, Molly Vulpyne is back with a powerful new lineup – the Molly Vulpyne Band. The group unites acclaimed musicians Peter Jones (Paranoid Visions), Jay Bagnall (Paranoid Visions, Steve Ignorant Band), and Tony Carberry (Lee Harveys). With each member bringing their own distinctive flair to the table, together they create a sound that defies categorisation. On stage, the band’s explosive chemistry and fearless approach to genre fusion deliver anthemic hooks, soaring riffs, an unstoppable rhythm section, and emotionally charged storytelling.

🎭 Funhouse Comedy Clubs- Birmingham and West Midlands is back with its “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” competition!

📅 Wednesday 23rd September
📍 The Rigger Venue
⏰️ Doors 7pm / 8pm start

12 new comedians battle it out to survive 5 minutes, but whilst they are on stage audience judges with red and green cards will be voting for who stays and who goes!

At the end of the evening all the acts that survived the votes come back at the end and do another minute and then you the audience, picks the winner.

It's always a great fun night and new stars have been discovered. Previous winners include Scott Bennett, Josh Pugh and James Acaster.

Compere for the night is the lively and chatty Spiky Mike.

The Courettes is an explosive Wall of Sound group from Denmark and Brazil! Flavia Couri on vocals and guitar, Martin on loud drums and together they are the perfect blend of Wall of Sound, Girl Group Heartbreaks, Motown and R&B. Imagine The Ronettes meeting The Ramones at a wild party at the Hitsville echo chamber!
The new album “The Soul Of The Fabulous Courettes” is out on legendary Damaged Goods Records, London and Rough Trade, London.
