Meet Head Chef Paco 👨‍🍳

Born in Majorca, Paco has been working in kitchens since the age of 14, taking inspiration from his mum’s cooking before going on to work alongside some of the industry’s most renowned chefs.

Decades later, he’s still doing what he loves, bringing experience, passion and plenty of flavour to the kitchen at 85 Secret Garden. 🌿
