Last night we tasted our latest releases from the roastery, plus a few special coffees from Coffee Collective

Thanks to those that joined us, whether it was your first tasting with us or if you have been to many before - the atmosphere was great!

Keep an eye out in both Hassell Street and Keele in Town in the coming days and weeks as all of the coffees become available to buy ☕️

Join us for a cupping of our latest releases from the roastery next Tuesday!

It’s been a while since we’ve hosted one of these but we’re excited to share these new lots plus there will be some interesting guests, which will be revealed on the night 👀

Entry is free and doors open at 6pm.

We’ll taste the coffees between 6pm and 7pm, and for those who’d like to hang around afterwards, we’ll have a menu of pourovers and espressos featuring the coffees we’ve tasted.

Introducing Banko Gotiti 🇪🇹

A grade 1 washed heirloom from the Kochere district in the Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia - a region known for producing exceptional coffee.

Around 650 smallholder farmers deliver coffee cherries to the Banko Gotiti wet mill where this lot goes through a traditional washed process.

The result is a light, floral cup with citrus acidity. We’re tasting apricots, lemon and jasmine florals. Best brewed black, either as an espresso or pourover.

Now available to try in both Hassell Street and Keele in Town, or grab a bag to take home.

Roasted in-house.
