Today we say goodbye to quite a few Junction students, who won't be returning to us in September 😭

I'm sure you will all agree with us when we say they have done an absolutely FANTASTIC job!

Working in the cafe is not easy. Some days are quiet, some days are rammed busy. Some days you want to be chatty to customers, some days you want to hide in the kitchen. Some days the kitchen is 36 degrees. Whatever day it is, all the students have put 100% effort in and managed to deal with whatever has been thrown at them. We could not be more proud!

Some of the students are going onto Supported Internships, some are going to various day services, some have gone on to paid work. We wish every one of you the best of luck for the future and we will miss you lots!

That's us over and out for summer! See you in September with a whole bunch of new students 👋

We had a fab time at prom on monday night 🎉🎉

We had some amazing food and danced the night away!

Can we all agree how absolutely incredible every body looked 😍 we're not crying, I promise 😭🤦‍♀️

It's our last day open to the public today!

Come and see us one final time before we close for the summer holidays. We will re-open Monday 21st September!

It's Thomas' last day at The Junction today! Here he is telling you what we've got on today!

Just to say, we're very proud of Thomas. He's happily volunteered to do our social media advertising for this year and he has really grown in confidence while doing this. To think he started the year reading it from a script, to completely winging this video in one take with no script! Thomas will be leaving us this year to go onto a Supported Internship at Tesco. Well done Thomas 👏

We've been really busy prepping for tomorrows Summer Festival!

The mocktails are prepped. The cakes are ready to be eaten and we are buzzing for tomorrow! Here's a sneaky peek on what we've made 👀

Remember the cafe will be closed. But you should come and join us over at main site, in Bucknall, for some Summer Festival fun! ☀️ ☀️

It's the week of our Summer Festival and we couldn't be more excited! It's THIS FRIDAY!

There is so much going on including animals, a circus workshop, photo booth, glitter and tinsel, and so much more!

The team from Community Junction will be hosting a mocktail and cake stall, so come and find us for all your refreshment needs!

The team from The Printshop will be there to take all your printing jobs and to showcase what they've been up to this year!

Everyone is welcome and we'd love to see you!
