All our meats are slow cooked over wood for that authentic American BBQ taste. BooBars slow cook their meat for up to 15 hours for that melt in the mouth taste of America. All the Sauces are made on site from traditional BBQ recipes we found from traveling around the USA. Our Slaws are also made on site lovingly created to complement all our slow cooked Meats.
