Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We understand that living with food allergies or specific dietary requirements can be challenging, and we are committed to offering safe options wherever possible. The safety of our customers is our highest priority.
We provide information on the 14 legally recognised allergens via both a QR code and printed allergen guides. Our team will always do their best to help with dietary requests; however, due to the complexity of some allergies and intolerances, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated safely.
Following Food Standards Agency guidance, our kitchen and food preparation areas are not large enough to provide completely separate preparation spaces, which means we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. Although some products are made in allergen-free environments, once they are opened and handled within our kitchen, there is a potential risk of allergen exposure.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not request additional advice from our staff beyond the allergen information provided. They are unable to offer further guidance or guarantee the suitability of any product for individual allergy needs.
We are committed to being transparent about what we can safely offer and will always do our very best to support all of our customers.
Please note that our range of allergy- and dietary-friendly products is limited. As part of our commitment to a zero food waste policy, once these items have sold out, we are unable to replace them until our next delivery.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease, we encourage you to follow the Food Standards Agency's guidance when ordering food.
