Hey there!

I'm beyond excited to share with you my big news! I'm launching a new venture called and I'm hoping you'll love it as much as I do 🥳

I've always loved the idea of opening a sustainable business that embodies British culture and tastes delicious and Frydays is just that.

We're committed to preventing overfishing, so we source our fish from sustainable fishing grounds which means that every piece of fish we serve can be traced back to the vessel that caught it, so you can be confident in the quality and freshness of your meal.

And let's not forget about the chips! We use locally-sourced Toms potatoes, to make authentic chip shop chips that perfectly complement your fish. Plus, we're environmentally-friendly, using biodegradable boxes, paper bags and we
recycle our used oil to minimise our impact on the environment.

This is a big step for me, but I'm eager to collaborate with local businesses and the community to serve up the best sustainable food around.
