Obviously we think we have a fantastic golf course all year round but we'd love you to come and see for yourself and experience the different woodland, heathland and parkland aspects of our course. After the opening day at Royal Birkdale, the leaderboard is starting to take shape.
There’s still a long way to go, but it’s already got us thinking… how would you get on around Royal Birkdale?

To celebrate Open week, we’re running our own Open Week Simulator Competition here at Newark Golf Club.
Play Royal Birkdale on our indoor TrackMan Simulator and see if you can post the lowest net score of the week.

Watch England v Norway Live in the Clubhouse This Saturday

The clubhouse will be open this Saturday evening for members and guests to come together and watch England take on Norway in the World Cup.

Kick-off is at 10:00pm, and we would love to see as many of you as possible joining us for what promises to be a great occasion. Whether you are coming up after a round, bringing friends and family along, or simply looking for somewhere to enjoy the match with fellow supporters, the clubhouse will be open and ready to welcome you.

Don’t forget, Newark Golf Club members receive 15% discount on drinks, making it the perfect place to cheer on England in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Guests are very welcome, so please feel free to bring family and friends along.

CALLING ALL GOLFERS — AUTISM DOGS NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT ⛳️

On Saturday 8th August, Newark Golf Club is proud to be hosting a Charity Golf Day in support of Autism Dogs Charity — but we need a big push in entries to help make sure this fantastic day goes ahead.

This is a real call to arms for golfers, members, visitors, businesses, friends and supporters. If you can get a team together, now is the time.

Every entry helps support an incredible charity and a brilliant day of golf, with:

🏌️ Teams of 4
🏆 Over £2,500 prize table
🥇 1st–5th team prizes
🎯 Nearest the Pin on all Par 3s
💥 Longest Drive
🎟️ Raffle
🔨 Auction
🍽️ Meal after the round

Entry is just £50 per person for visitors and £40 per person for members.

Teams can be mixed and the day is open to men, ladies and juniors.

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Henry, one of our Greenkeepers here at Newark Golf Club.

When he’s not helping keep the course looking its best, Henry also competes internationally as a Long Drive competitor — so yes, he can hit it a very, very long way.

We were delighted to support the Brain Tumour Research Charity Golf Day in memory of Paul “Wally” Walden, with over 100 golfers taking part and raising more than £6,500 - bringing the total raised across six events to over £50,000. We were also proud to welcome The Children’s Bereavement Centre for another successful day at the club.
