QI GONG & CHAT

12.30pm - 1.00pm every Thursday. A gentle flowing exercise combining breathwork with movement to encourage relaxation & increase vitality. Suitable for all abilities (can be done standing or sitting).
Just £5 a session
This is followed by lunch (optional)
A great opportunity to catch up with friends and make new ones. Feel free just to join us for a chat.

GAMES EVENT....

Drop into The Fox, Kirton from 4pm tomorrow and every Wednesday for an afternoon/evening of community, fun, skill and maybe some friendly competition.

Board games include Rummikub, Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit.

Other games:Backgammon, Cards
Domino's, Darts,Table Tennis and Pool

Please bring any other game that you wish to play in addition to the abotve.
