With 8 years’ experience in hospitality, Ria brings plenty of experience to the B&G, from running shifts and making sure our guests have a great time, to all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly - plus creating tasty new drinks specials along the way! 🍸

As a small independent pub, our team works incredibly hard to make the B&G a premium destination for our guests, from the food and service to the atmosphere and overall experience.

To have that recognised with an accolade like this is something we’re incredibly proud of and a real credit to our whole team. ❤️

We have chosen a special new venue this year, Charlotte House Hotel, at The Lawn in Lincoln. They will be providing a superb three-course meal starting with a drinks reception starting at 6.30pm on Wednesday 4th November.
