This week, we're introducing Ash, our Head Chef.

Ash has been with The Brews for the past five years and has been part of the business through many changes along the way. He oversees the kitchen and designs all of our menus, bringing years of experience and a real passion for good food to everything we serve.

Outside of work, Ash has a few hobbies that might surprise you. He's a keen Pokémon card collector with an ever-growing collection, loves Thai-inspired food, and has a real interest in vintage arcade machines.
