Fun Fact.....

Did you know that all the edible petals we use to decorate your cakes & pretty granola bowls are grown in our own garden, organically by Kathy's daughter?

We first learned about the benefits of certain plants when we called on the help of Susannah at Self Selection For Animals when we were having some worrying time mes with our cats at home. After an awe inspiring meet up with Susannah and the pets, we now have a "Play box" with rose petals, calendula, lavender and a little valerian root which they actively choose to roll in!

We were going to buy in the flowers from a commercial company but then realised that we actually grow them all already in our back garden!

We did some more research and looked into all the edible flowers we could use and now have these beautiful jewel colour petals to adorn your treats

Multicoloured cornflowers, Calendula & Rose petals (that smell like Turkish Delight!)

Thanks to Susannah, we now have another unique speciality that you won't get anywhere else!

Do we do Gluten Free?
Well yes!
Just like these freshly made Millionaire's Shortbread slices (which are actually more than twice the weight of a Costa Coffee non-GF slice - we've weighed them!)
AND you don't need to be eating GF to enjoy them because our customer can't tell any difference - we've tested them!
Not only do we have a dedicated NGCI cake cabinet, our main menu is also almost 85% GF.
Everything is made from scratch on site by our chef using separate equipment and space and, because it's made in house, you won't find it anywhere else!

🥘 Bakewell Crumble Slice (NGCI & VG) – Our popular crumble base layered with homemade raspberry jam and toasted ALMONDS.

🍪 Triple Chocolate Giant Cookie – Our prize-winning giant cookie packed with dark, milk and caramel chocolate buttons, finished with even more chocolate.

🥥 Oaty Coconut Dunkers (VG) – Chewy golden syrup oat biscuits dipped in 70% dark chocolate and sprinkled with coconut. Perfect with a cuppa! (Pack of 3)

🍪 Chocolate Chocolate Chip Shortbread (NGCI & VG) – Our famous shortbread... with even more chocolate! (Pack of 4)

🥕 Carrot & Walnut Cake (VG) – Moist carrot cake topped with cream cheese-style frosting and crunchy WALNUTS. (Pack of 2)

🍪 Biscoff Tiffin (VG) – Crushed Biscoff biscuits, dark chocolate and golden syrup, topped with Biscoff spread and even more Biscoff crumbs!

✨ We only make 9 of each bake, so they disappear quickly.

💚 Our vegan bakes are made using "normal" ingredients... no chickpea water, lentils or avocado here! 🤣 Just recipes that naturally don't need animal products, so they're every bit as indulgent.

🌾 Our NGCI (No Gluten Containing Ingredients) bakes are prepared using dedicated equipment in a thoroughly cleaned kitchen to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.

🏷️ Every bake is heat-sealed, fully labelled in accordance with Natasha's Law and prepared by a fully trained team with Food Hygiene and Allergen Control qualifications. Both our home and commercial kitchens have consistently achieved 5⭐ Food Hygiene Ratings.
