If you could choose just one treat for the bake shed in Sway next weekend what would it be?

Hello!👋

After a little break, the Sway Bake Shed will be back on the first weekend of October, and I'm starting to plan next week's baking. 🧑‍🍳

Before I fire up the ovens, I'd love to hear from you. What would you like to see in the shed? 🛖

Would you like the return of some old favourites such as: • Brownies • Blondies • Giant Cookies • Crumble Slices • Flapjacks •
Or is there something else you'd love me to bake? 🍪

As always, everything is homemade from scratch in my kitchen at The Quench Coffee & Bake House , and I'll make sure there are some gluten-free and vegan options available too.

Did you know that almost everything we serve at The Quench is made from scratch in our New Milton kitchen?

From the marinated grains in our warm Protein Bowls to our cakes, brownies, pastries and savoury bakes, we prepare our food ourselves using quality ingredients. We also have a dedicated gluten-free cake display and plenty of vegan options available.

In fact, over 85% of our hot food menu can be made gluten-free, and our allergen control procedures were recently praised during our latest Environmental Health inspection.

We also create freshly baked brownie and cookie gift boxes, perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, staff treats or client gifts. Looking for something specific? We can bake whole traybakes and larger orders too, which is especially useful for family gatherings, celebrations or those with dietary requirements. Many of our traybakes freeze beautifully, so you can always have a homemade treat ready when visitors pop by!

Of course, we're passionate about our drinks too. We serve organic, Fairtrade, single-origin coffee alongside loose-leaf teas, fruit smoothies, coolers, matcha drinks and our new autumn seasonal specials.

If you haven't visited us yet, we'd love to welcome you in for a coffee, brunch, lunch or just a slice of cake and a chat.

Want to try something new?
We've got two new bakes never before seen at The Quench on the counter today.
🍪Cookie Pie: a proper pie crust but made with cookies dough, filled with Mars Bars, Kit-Kats, Maltesers & Twix pieces in a home made chocolate filling. A total indulgence but big enough to share or save some for later!
🍋Lemon & Ginger Bars: A refreshing lemon top on a ginger nut base. Delicious with a tea or coffee!

🛍️Don't forget all our cakes and pastries are available on our "4 for 12" offer so you can take some home or to the office to treat the fam!
