SUN: Fish Fingers & Chips £5 (have the fish fingers in a bap for £1 extra)

Due to well publicised cod prices (which are set to rise again) we have made the difficult decision to remove large cod and kids/ half cod from the menu. We will still be doing medium cod. The fish available for the foreseeable future will be...
MEDIUM COD- the classic. Mild and generally neutral in flavour with succulent flakes.
MEDIUM PO***CK-mild and sweet, a great entry-level fish. Tender, smaller and softer flakes than cod.
LARGE HADDOCK-A mild but more robust fish flavour than cod or Po***ck with tender, small delicate flakes.
LARGE HAKE- The inbetweener! A mild, clean, almost creamy flavour, less fishy tasting than oilier fish. It has a soft and delicate texture that retains moisture well.
We will also be continuing with medium plaice and scampi.
