Each plate is exceedingly well-prepared and packed full of flavour. Dark Saffron is not an artificial Indian curry house. Low quality curry houses are everywhere. They sell very low quality food, always buy frozen, very cheap meat, as well as other cheap ingredients. Even Curry House staff don’t want to eat the food they serve for their customers. At Dark Saffron, we have a UK five star hotel-based, very experienced Chef and our Head Chef has around 40 years’ experience with different categories: Cuisine of Authentic Indian Panjabi cuisine, Northern Indian cuisine & Eastern Indian (Bengal) Cuisine. So we pride ourselves on being the best fusion (Indian and European) restaurant in the area.
